The International Performing companywas founded in 1998 by
choreographer/dancer Patrick (L.A. and Chicago).
The project began at the University of Illinois when an enthusiastic
group of dancers performed a series of successful shows, including their
very own Dance2XS performance showcase “URBANITE” and International
Workshop “PROJECT ELEMENT”, totally capturing their audience’s
imagination and inspired thousands of students and dancers around the
world.
Since then, Dance2XS has rapidly expanded throughout the USA, from the
University of Illinois to Michigan, Indiana, New York and Chicago.
In 2003 under Patrick’s leadership and success in teaching, the troupe
went international. Forming Dance2XS companies in US, UK, Portugal,
Brazil, Italy, Prague, Estonia, Iceland, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand
As a result, patrick.Chen and lee.DANIEL along with professional
choreographers/dancersand members from Dance2xs have been able
to perform, teach workshops, and choreograph for Performing events,
Artist, Record Label, Live shows and TV across the globe.
Dance2xs has also produce and host the international showcase
“URBANITE” in 3 different countries, and hosting international workshop
“PROJECT ELEMENT” & “PROJECT ELEMENT TOUR“.
The purpose of these events is to bringdance experience and talents
from all over the world to all the students, dancers, and audience out
there who share the same passion for music and dance.
